So, while we are not able to supply specific reasons for why your request was denied, you are more than welcome to obtain a free report from either Equifax or ChexSystems, (or both) within 60 days of this notice.
In addition, if you find that any information contained in the reports you receive are inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to dispute the matter with the reporting agency in question.
