What happens if someone receives an invitation to be an owner on a Joint account, but they already have an individual Summit account?

If the invited joint owner already has an Individual Summit account, they will not be able to take joint ownership of an additional Summit account at this time.

In early 2018, this restriction will be lifted, and customers will be able to have one individual and one joint Summit account at a time.
