Currently, public businesses are required to annually disclose their financial data -- but not all of their sustainability data. Businesses that choose to not publicly share relevant sustainability data in their annual reports or sustainability reports are likely to receive lower scores, even if they have a sterling reputation. Naturally, the more facts available, the more accurate scores will be. We welcome businesses – with scores low and high – to share more data with us so we can factor it into scores and more accurately reflect current corporate policies and practices.
