My card was lost or stolen, how do I report it and request a new card?

If your card was lost or stolen, please call 866-392-9952 for immediate assistance in canceling your card.

To order a new card, please send a note to [email protected], and be sure to include your current* mailing address. Debit cards take about 7-10 business days to arrive once ordered, and arrive in a plain white envelope. 

For any fraudulent charges incurred on your account, please call Aspiration support, at 1-800-683-8529.

Note: Fraudulent charges must be reported within 60 days or less of the statement date on which those charges appear. We must receive a call on our recorded line, and we will assist you with filing a dispute.

*If you're requesting the debit card to an address that is not on file, you will have to complete a Contact Information Form, and provide a secondary ID to validate the address. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this policy is in place for your protection!
