Yes, you can! And you will be reimbursed for ATM fees, no matter where in the world you are.
Please do reach out to us with any travel plans, in advance, so that we may notate the dates and destinations on your account. You can do so directly from our mobile app! This is an important step, since your card could be flagged and locked for security purposes otherwise!
If you are outside of the US and your card is locked, you should receive a fraud alert call or text message. If your card is not working but you have not received a fraud alert, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
Please note that if you lose your card while abroad, we will be unable to send a replacement card outside of the U.S., or to any address that is not listed on your account. Additionally, we recommend keeping receipts for foreign ATM usage, in case of any potential discrepancy between your reimbursement and the amount you believe you were charged.
