Online transfers

  • Online transfers (ACH Transfers) initiated before 11:00 am EST will clear within 3 business days.
  • If after 11 am, or on a non-business day, the transfer will be initiated the next business day and will clear within 3 business days from then. 
  • Please note that funds may be placed on hold while they're processing. 

Transfer Failures and Account Review

  • Transfers are subject to review and may be delayed if we identify an issue
    • You may be asked to provide additional documentation to expedite the review process
  • Transfers failures will result in a temporarily suspended account:
    • If a transfer into your account fails or is returned, your account may be temporarily locked until the funds reverse.
    • If the transfer failure was your initial transfer into the account, or if it brings your account into a negative balance, you will need to successfully initiate a new transfer before the account will be unlocked.
