Can I cancel a transfer I scheduled online or on the app?

Yes, you can cancel a transfer up until the date you scheduled the transfer for. You can do so by logging onto, or on your mobile app, and going to 'Bank Transfers' and then, 'Scheduled'. From there, you can click on the transfer in question, and select the 'Cancel' option.
Please note - as much as we would wish to help - it will not be possible to cancel a scheduled transfer on or after the selected transfer date, since at that point, it will have already begun processing.
