Transfer failures can result in a temporarily suspended account if a transfer into your account fails or is returned. In such a case, your account may be temporarily locked until the funds reverse. If the transfer failure was your initial transfer into the account, or if it brings your account into a negative balance, you will need to successfully initiate a new transfer before the account will be unlocked.
