To report a debit card as lost or stolen, please call (833) 635-6295 for immediate assistance. Please be prepared to answer a few security questions and follow the prompts. The automated system will list your mailing address on file, and if that address is correct, we will automatically send you a replacement debit card. If your mailing address is not correct, you will need to reach out to our support team during normal business hours at (800) 683-8529 for assistance in updating your mailing address and getting a replacement debit card.

Our support team is available at (800) 683-8529 6am-6pm PST Monday-Friday, and 8am-4pm PST Saturday & Sunday.
