Debit cards do take 7-10 business days to arrive, but if your card does not arrive after 10 business days you can report your card as lost or stolen through the app or website by going to your account settings, then Card Management. Then, click the “Report a Lost/Stolen Card” panel to answer a few questions about your card, deactivate the card, and have a new one sent.
You can also call (833) 635-6295 to report your card as lost/stolen using our automated system. Be prepared to answer a few security questions and follow the prompts. The automated system will list your mailing address on file, and if that address is correct, we will automatically send you a replacement debit card. If your mailing address is not correct, you will need to reach out to our Support Team for assistance in updating your mailing address and getting a replacement debit card.
