We’ll ask you some questions about the particular charge, or charges, in question, and go over card locking and replacement. If you choose to email us, please include as much information as you can about the circumstances around this transaction, and any relevant screenshots or documents.
Please note that we cannot dispute a transaction until it settles. Pending transactions can take up to 7 calendar days to either post or fall off. If a transaction posts that you want to dispute please contact us so we can start the dispute process.
