If you'd like to dispute a charge from an unrecognized merchant on your Spend debit card you can file a fraud dispute directly by clicking on the transaction from your transaction feed and click “Report a Problem with this Transaction.” We’ll ask you some questions about the particular charge in question, and go over card locking and replacement. Your report will then be sent to our team, and we’ll reach out once we have any updates.
If you’d like to dispute a charge from a recognized merchant on your Spend debit card, but the amount was not correct or the service/merchandise was not as expected, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 800-683-8529. We’ll ask you some questions about the particular charge, or charges, in question, and go over card locking and replacement.
We cannot dispute a transaction until it settles. Pending transactions can take up to 7 calendar days to either post or fall off. If a transaction posts that you want to dispute please contact us so we can start the dispute process.
