Aspiration Zero Payments


When are my Aspiration Zero payments due?

Aspiration Zero payments are due by 2:00 pm PT on the 28th of every month. You can pay the minimum payment due in order to keep your account in good standing. However, we encourage you to pay the Past Statement Balance (also shown as the New Balance on your statements) in order to avoid any new interest charges.


How do I make a payment?

You can schedule a one-time payment on our website or mobile app.

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your Aspiration Zero card. 
  2. Click on “Make a One Time Payment” (or the orange + button on the app)
  3. Select Payment Option.
  4. Select Payment Date.
  5. Select Payment Source.
    1. You may use any bank account in your name that you’ve linked to Aspiration to pay your bill.
    2. You also have the option to link a new bank account.
  6. Click Preview to review your selections.
  7. Click Schedule Payment.
  8. That’s it!


Can I schedule recurring payments? 

Recurring payments cannot be scheduled at this time. However, you can schedule a one-time payment for a future date. Follow the steps above for “How do I make a payment?” and select the future date you wish to schedule the payment for as the “Payment Date”.


How long does it take for my Aspiration Zero payment to be posted?

It can take up to 2 business days for Aspiration Zero payments to be posted. Any payment made after 2:00 pm PT will be submitted for the following day. Once you submit a payment, you will see a blue box appear with the number of pending payments you have submitted and the total dollar amount (this is on web only at this time).


I made a payment, why is it not showing?

Payments can take up to 24 hours to show on your transactions.


I made a payment, why is it not reflecting in my available credit?

All payments are subject to be held while processing. If your payment is submitted before 2pm PT on the 28th of the month, your payment will be considered on time. 

The "post date" reflects when the scheduled payment began processing. While a payment is being processed, it appears on your account dashboard as both “posted” and “pending.”

Once the funds have cleared and the payment has fully processed, the “pending” status is resolved and the available balance reflects the payment has been made.


Can I cancel a payment?

Payments can be canceled as long as they are still pending. Once a payment has posted it cannot be canceled. 

To cancel a pending payment, log into your Aspiration Zero page and click on the “Payments” tab. This will appear next to your “Activity” tab. Once on the Payments tab you will see the pending payments you have submitted. Click on the payment you would like to cancel. A window will appear. Click the red “Cancel payment” button at the bottom of the window.
