How can I add another bank to my linked accounts?

Link a Bank Account:

To link an external bank account to your account, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account on the app or website
2. Tap Settings, or click on your profile icon in the top right to reach the settings menu
3. Tap Linked Bank Accounts.
4. Select Link An Account 
5. Enter/Confirm your phone number, click ‘Continue’ using Plaid from the pop up
6. Follow the instructions provided by Plaid and finish the linking process.

That’s it! You can now transfer funds between your linked accounts!

Please note:

• Linked accounts must be personal checking or savings accounts under your exact name only.
• A maximum of 5 accounts may be linked. 
• For the best experience, ensure that your personal information including your name, phone number, email address and physical address match between both accounts prior to linking.
• Transfers take 3-4 business days to complete.

Remove or Re-link a Bank Account:

1. Sign in to your account on the app or website
2. Tap Settings, or click on your profile icon in the top right to reach the settings menu
3. Tap Linked Bank Accounts.
4. Select the Bank Account you would like to remove or re-link
5. Choose the Remove Account or Re-link button, then follow the prompts on the screen to confirm.
