You will receive confirmation immediately from the ATM machine itself that the deposit was either successful or not (in which case it should return your cash to you). Additionally, we will send you confirmation of the deposit once it has posted to your account - assuming you’ve opted-in to our alerts.
If you ever have a problem at an ATM, you can call the number on the ATM to immediately report the issue to the ATM owner. Please save your ATM receipts in case you need to report an issue to us.
