Update a Physical or Mailing Address

This action can only be done on our website, not on the app.

  • Log in to your account on our website
  • Choose “Settings” towards the bottom of the left side panel
  • Select “Personal Information”
  • Choose the link to update a permanent or mailing address
  • Enter the new address, then click “Update Address”

If your account has been open less than 30 days, please call us to update your address.
