Email us with the current name on your account and your new legal name or corrected name. We will email you instructions for how to update your name and provide a secure upload link to provide the requested documentation. Depending on the reason for a name change, we may ask for an ID document with your updated name along with one of the following official court documents:
- Marriage License
- Divorce Decree
- Legal name change court order
If you only need to verify a middle name or previous name, or verify legal guardianship of a minor for depositing a check and do not need to permanently change the name in your account, please include those details in your email.
