If your check was not accepted for submission and is not eligible for resubmission, you have options:
- Contact the sender to correct any issues or problems with the check.
- Attempt to deposit elsewhere, then transfer funds to your account. If needed, reference the email you received as proof that we did not accept the check for deposit.
- Cash your check, and then deposit Cash at an Allpoint + ATM or obtain a money order and deposit the money order. If needed, reference the email you received as proof that we did not accept the check for deposit.
- If this is an employer or government check, see if they allow Direct Deposit for future deposits from that payor.
