If this is your first time receiving the direct deposit from this employer:
- Depending on the method you chose to set up direct deposit, how quickly your employer processes your request, or when during your pay cycle your request was sent, you should see the first direct deposit in your account on the 1st or 2nd pay date after you complete the request.
- If your 2nd pay date has passed and you still do not see your direct deposit:
- Double check both spend and save accounts for your funds.
- Double check the information you input, to ensure it exactly matches the required information for your employer and for your Aspiration account. You’ll need to look on your employer’s payroll website, and compare the info entered with your Aspiration Account & Routing number.
- Contact your employer, to ensure they received and processed your request. If they confirm they have sent Aspiration your paycheck and you have not received it in your account by your payday, contact us.
- It may take more than 1 pay cycle to start receiving your direct deposit early. After the first cycle, your direct deposit should arrive on a similar cadence each pay cycle.
