When to expect your recurring Direct Deposit

If you have already received a prior direct deposit from this employer:

• Your direct deposit should arrive on a similar cadence each pay cycle, meaning that if you typically receive it 1 or 2 calendar days before your payday, then you should expect to receive it by the end of the day 1 or 2 calendar days before your payday (this includes delivery on Saturday or Sunday).
• Please allow until the end of the day on the day you expect your deposit. It is not uncommon for your direct deposit to become visible in your account on a weekend or after 11PM eastern time on the day you expect it.
• Your direct deposit is not considered late until your payday has passed. If you do not receive your direct deposit by the end of the day on your payday, please contact support.
