Outgoing wire services are available to accounts that are over 90 days old.
To initiate a wire:
- Gather the account and wire receipt information from the party you are sending funds to.
- Then call us, and our team will assist you in completing the process.
Recovery of your money is very unlikely if you send money by mistake or due to a scam. Once you initiate a wire, you have 30 minutes from the confirmation email to cancel, after the 30 minutes have elapsed, we may be unable to stop or recall the wire.
