Can I dispute a Wire Transfer?

If you receive an email about a wire or see a wire processing in your account and you did not request it, call us immediately so we can secure your account and attempt to recall the wire.

 

If you have sent a wire and need to cancel or change it, we have a limited amount of time to recall the item, after which we can help you file a dispute. Please contact us as soon as possible with the wire details, and the reason you need to cancel. We will follow up via email with more information. 

 

IMPORTANT: Recovery of your funds is unlikely if you send money by mistake or fall victim to a scam. Once you initiate a wire transfer, you have 30 minutes from the time of the confirmation email to cancel. After this 30-minute window, we may not be able to stop or recall the wire.
