I’m missing a Wire Transfer that was sent to my account
First double check that you provided the sender the correct account and routing information to receive a wire. If you have provided the correct information to the sender and more than 2 business days have passed since the wire request was sent without it posting to your account, please email support@aspiration.com with the following information:
- Domestic or international:
- Wire IMAD / Reference number (get this information from the sender of the wire):
- Exact Amount of the wire:
- Name of the Originator (sending institution):
- Date sent:
