When Will My Physical Card arrive in the mail?

For New Accounts:

  • As soon as you fund your new account, we will automatically send your card in the mail
  • Keep an eye out for a plain white envelope with our logo within 14 days
  • You can use your digital card immediately once your account is funded, and can activate your physical card after it arrives.

Replacement Cards:

  • If you do not have a GreenFi branded physical card yet, you can order one via the app by tapping on My Cards, then Order my card. If you don't see the tile to order your GreenFi card, visit the app store and update your app then try again.
  • We automatically mail you a physical card when yours is getting close to the expiration date. To ensure timely delivery, please help us by keeping your mailing address and personal information up to date.
  • Report your card lost or stolen. This will lock your current card and trigger a new card to be ordered to your address on file.
  • Please email us if you need a new digital card, your physical card never arrived, or if you are requesting to replace a damaged card. Please include your mailing address in your email.

Basic shipping for new and replacement cards is free. If you would like to pay to expedite the shipping process, you can refer to the fees and include this in your request. Keep in mind that you can use your virtual card while you wait for your physical card.
