How do I set or change my Debit Card PIN?

You can set or change your Debit Card PIN with our 24-hour self-service phone system.

You must have your card details ready to use the system.

  • Call (833) 635-6295 to set a new PIN.
  • Follow the prompts. That's it!

Please note:

  • You have the option to set the same or a different a pin on your Physical and Virtual cards.
  • You are not required to set a PIN, and there is no PIN preset on the card.
  • To bypass PIN entry, you can choose "Credit" instead of "Debit" at checkout.
