How do I report my card Lost or Stolen?

When you report a card lost or stolen, a new card will be mailed to you. It's a good idea to make sure your address is up to date before starting the process.

 

To report your card lost or stolen in the app:

  • Tap “View My Card” on the home screen
  • Tap “Report Card lost or stolen” and follow the prompts

To report your card lost or stolen over the phone:

  • Call (833) 635-6295 to use our automated system.
  • Be prepared to answer a few security questions and follow the prompts.
