When you report a card lost or stolen, we will immediately cancel it and a new card will be mailed to you. Please make sure your address is up to date to ensure we send your card to the correct place.
To report your card lost or stolen:
- Sign in to your account on the app
- Depending on your app version, tap "My Cards" or “View My Card” on the home screen
- Tap on your physical card
- Tap “Report Card lost or stolen” and follow the prompts
To report your card lost or stolen over the phone:
- Call (833) 635-6295 to use our automated system.
- Be prepared to answer a few security questions and follow the prompts.
If you suspect your digital card could be compromised, you can freeze your digital card.
