- Mastercard charges a 1% foreign transaction fee on international purchases and online purchases with foreign merchants. You will see international fees as a separate line item.
- We are not able to waive or refund third party currency conversion fees or the 1% Mastercard foreign transaction fee.
- Foreign ATMs may assess a fee. Plus members are eligible to be reimbursed up to 1 out of network ATM fee per month. Keep your receipts to support foreign ATM fees over $4.00. Customers without Plus subscriptions are not eligible for ATM fee reimbursements.
