I thought I already closed my account and requested to unsubscribe. Why am I still receiving emails?

Anyone can unsubscribe from our marketing messages by clicking the “unsubscribe” message at the bottom of any marketing email.

Customers with open accounts cannot unsubscribe from important account related emails. Account related emails therefore do not contain an unsubscribe link.

If you’re still receiving emails after requesting to cancel and/or clicking unsubscribe, it’s likely that your account is still open. Typically this is because there is still an account balance, or because we did not receive a closure form from the email address associated with your account.
