Marketing Emails
Anyone can unsubscribe from our marketing messages by clicking the “unsubscribe” message at the bottom of any marketing email.
Account Related Emails
At this time we do not have the option to allow customers to set preferences on the frequency of account related emails.
If you’re still receiving emails after requesting to cancel services and/or clicking unsubscribe, it’s likely that your account is still open and the email is account related. Typically this is because there is still an account balance, or because we did not receive a closure form from the email address associated with your account.
