- You can use any Allpoint® ATM in the U.S. for free to withdraw cash.
- You can deposit cash only at Allpoint+® ATMs.
While your debit card will work at any ATM for withdrawing cash, the ATM owner may charge you a fee. You may not deposit cash at out of network ATMs, and we do not accept check deposits via ATM.
GreenFi Plus Customers Only
If you upgrade your account to GreenFi Plus, we’ll rebate 1 out-of-network (domestic OR international) ATM fee per month - that’s the fee the ATM owner charges you to use their ATM. The first out-of-network ATM fee incurred for that statement cycle will be the one eligible to be rebated, if you have a Plus account. Rebates should post about 2-3 business days after the date of your withdrawal.
International ATM withdrawal fees get reimbursed at a flat rate $4 per transaction. If you’re ever charged a higher fee reach out to us with your ATM receipt, and our team will reimburse you the full amount.
