Our support team unfortunately cannot access or disclose the specific reasons for application denial. GreenFi does not run credit reports on applications, or report to credit bureaus.

Unfortunately, once your application has been declined, you are not eligible to re-apply for a GreenFi Checking & Savings account. However, you are welcome to shop sustainably in our Green Marketplace, and you may be eligible to:
- Accept a Joint Account invitation from an existing customer
- Apply for a Redwood Investment or Retirement account
