Please make sure your mailing address is up to date before ordering a replacement card!
From the App:
- Sign in to your account on the app
- Tap "My Cards"
- Tap your physical card
- Tap Report Card Lost or Stolen
- Fill in the prompts then tap Order my Replacement Card.
From the Website:
- Sign in to your account on the website
- Click My Cards on the left side panel
- Click the image for your physical card
- Click Report Card Lost or Stolen
- Fill in the prompts then tap Order my Replacement Card.
If you're not able to follow these steps, or need to report an unrecognized settled transaction, please contact us. When you call, you can use the automated system to report a lost or stolen card, or wait for a representative to discuss any unrecognized settled transactions.
