My card was lost or stolen, how do I report it and request a new card?


To report a debit card as lost or stolen, please call us at (800) 683-8529 for immediate assistance. Please be prepared to answer a few security questions and follow the prompts. If your mailing address on file is correct, we will automatically send you a replacement debit card. If your mailing address is not correct, you will need to reach out to our support team during normal business hours for assistance in getting a replacement debit card.
