As part of our commitment to have customers Pay What is Fair, there is no fee for accidentally having a negative balance.
We encourage customers to regularly check their balances on the mobile app or online to avoid any fund availability issues and we will send you a warning if your account balance is getting low to help you prevent inconvenient declines.
