I never received my debit card - what do I do?

Debit cards do take 7-10 business days to arrive.

If it has been more than 2 weeks and you have note received your card, you can click on the card activation tile in your app to report that is has not been received, or email us. Be sure your mailing address on file is up to date and include that address in your email.
