To initiate an instant transfer between your checking and savings accounts:

• Sign in on the app
• Tap "Move Money" 
• Tap "Transfer Money"
• Fill in the required fields
• Tap Transfer

Limitations:

• You can transfer between your checking and savings accounts up to 50 times per day not to exceed 150 times per rolling 30 day period
