To make sure you receive important notifications by text message or push notification:
- Sign in on the website or app
- Tap Settings, or tap your profile icon in the top right corner to access the settings menu
- Tap Notification Preferences
- Under "Transfer and Deposit Activity Text Messages" make sure the toggle is in the on position for both your checking and savings accounts.
You also have the option to toggle the setting for marketing text messages on or off. Please note that account related email notifications cannot be turned off.
Your phone has additional notification settings that you can set in your phone's setting menus, to help you manage how notifications are displayed on your phone.
