The best way to ensure a merchant stops billing you is to contact the merchant directly to revoke authorization, cancel payments or remove your billing information. If not revoked, the merchant may still be able to charge you, and may receive new physical card information even after you’ve replaced your card, via the Mastercard® Automated Billing Updater service.
If a merchant has been uncooperative after you’ve revoked authorization, we may be able to help.
If you need to dispute a transaction and are having trouble cancelling services with the merchant, we can take your request to block a merchant with your dispute request. Email support@greenfi.com with the name of the merchant, and the date and amount of the transaction, the reason for the dispute, and your request that the merchant be blocked. Our team will reply with next steps.
