How can I most safely contact Aspiration Customer Support?

The safety of our customers' personal information is of the utmost importance to Aspiration. With that in mind, we ask that all email communication be delivered to our support team from the email address associated with your account.

If you need to reach out from an alternate email address, please also store that secondary address in our system. These email addresses can be updated at any time by giving our support line a call at (800) 683-8529.

Our support team is available 6am-6pm PT Monday through Friday, and 8am-4pm PT Saturday and Sunday.

What do you do with my personal information?

We gather customer information because it’s the law and because it helps us serve you, but we will never sell or share your personal information, except as necessary to service your account and per federal, state, and local regulations.
