To dispute a charge on your Spend & Save account, send an email to support@aspiration.com or call us at 800-683-8529 once the transaction settles.
If you’d like to report your card as lost or stolen while the transaction is pending you can view this article for instructions.
We’ll ask you some questions about the particular charge, or charges, in question, and go over card locking and replacement. If you choose to email us, please include as much information as you can about the circumstances around this transaction, and any relevant screenshots or documents.
We cannot dispute a transaction until it settles. Pending transactions can take up to 7 calendar days to either post or fall off. If a transaction posts that you want to dispute please contact us so we can start the dispute process.
