How do I dispute a charge on my account?

If you notice unrecognized transactions or need to report your card as lost or stolen please view this article for instructions, or contact us immediately for help securing your card. If you notice any unrecognized activity such as transfers, deposits or personal information changes you did not request, please call us immediately.

To dispute a charge on your Spend & Save debit card, contact us by email or phone after the transaction settles. We cannot dispute a debit card transaction until it settles. Pending transactions can take up to 7 calendar days to post. If you have problems with a purchase, your fastest recourse is through the merchant, but we can also help you with this type of dispute once the transaction settles.

If you choose to email us, please include as much information as you can about the circumstances around this transaction, and the reason for your dispute.
