Buy or sell orders placed within investment accounts can be canceled in your account before 4 pm ET on the same day the order was placed (or by 4pm ET the following business day if the order was placed after business hours).
To cancel an order:
1. Login on the app
2. Tap Manage
3. Tap Buy/Sell
4. Tap on the pending order
5. Tap "cancel this order" then cofirm your choice on the pop up screen.
If you do not see the cancel button then your order is past the cutoff time. If you experience any issues you can contact us for order cancellations before the cutoff time. Please note that our investment-specific agents are only available Monday-Friday from 6am - 3pm PT.
